Joanne has a background in Banking and Finance and has worked in the equipment finance and leasing sector for the past 35 years.
Prior to joining Adamantean, in August 2019, Joanne was New Business Manager at Paragon Technology Finance Limited (part of the Paragon Group) following their purchase of the Five Arrows Leasing Group in 2015 where she worked with Gareth since 2001, and previously held various roles within New Business Departments at Heller Global Vendor Finance (UK) Limited (formerly Dana Commercial Credit Limited) and Woodchester LMS Limited (formerly Lease Management Services Limited).
Joanne brings a wealth of knowledge to the Team regarding the different types of financial tools available, from Hire Purchase Agreements to Discounted Receivables.
